Delivery and Payments

Effective from September 23, 2026.

Shipping from Poland

We ship orders from Poland within Poland. Shipments are arranged via Furgonetka using parcel lockers (paczkomaty). The seller's registered office in the UK does not mean that shipping originates from the UK.

Delivery and payment costs

  • BLIK phone transfer: delivery 0 PLN.
  • Cash on delivery: delivery 39 PLN.

At checkout, choose the matching pair: BLIK delivery and BLIK transfer, or cash on delivery and payment upon receipt. Check the total amount before placing your order. We do not add undisclosed fees after purchase; in case of discrepancies, please contact us before making payment.

How to pay for your order via BLIK transfer

In your banking app, select a transfer by phone to 666 133 784, recipient Pepeurope. Enter the order amount and your order number in the payment title. Check the recipient before confirming. This is a phone transfer, not a payment using a six-digit BLIK code. We do not ask for BLIK codes. We confirm receipt of payment before shipping.

Cash on delivery

You pay for the products and delivery upon receipt in accordance with the rules of the selected carrier service. Cash on delivery to a parcel locker is only possible for services and locations that support it.

Delivery time and collection

Next-day delivery. For BLIK transfers, processing occurs after payment confirmation. If we cannot meet the specified deadline, we will inform the customer of the delay and their rights; this does not limit statutory rights related to non-delivery of an order.

Provide the correct address and contact details. If the checkout does not allow for selecting a parcel locker, we will arrange the collection point via email or WhatsApp before dispatch. Do not send account access codes or payment codes.

The seller is responsible for the proper delivery of goods to the consumer. In case of a lost, damaged, or delayed package, please contact us. A damage report or photos may help, but their absence does not exclude the right to file a claim.
