1. Seller and scope of these terms

The LabsWorld online store is operated by PEPEUROPE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to purchases from the store and the use of its forms, shopping cart and customer account. Sales and customer service are conducted in Polish, and deliveries covered by these terms are made within Poland.

2. Products and prices

Before purchasing, read the product description, ingredients, pack size and warnings on the product page. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and are not medicines. Information in the store is not individual medical advice. A product’s intended use is determined by its description and label, not by the category name.

Prices are shown in Polish zloty as the amounts payable for the products, including taxes required for the sale concerned. Delivery is shown separately. The total cost is displayed before you place your order. Discount codes are subject to the relevant promotion’s terms; checkout shows whether a code has been applied and the amount saved. We do not impose an obligation to make an additional payment after the contract is concluded without the customer’s express consent.

3. Ordering and formation of the contract

Select the product, variant and quantity, add them to your cart, provide the details needed to fulfil the order, and choose delivery and payment options. You may correct your details and cart contents before placing the order. The “Order and pay” button places an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the order is placed and the store confirms its acceptance. We send confirmation and order information by email. Customers should retain the confirmation and the terms applicable on the purchase date.

4. Payment and delivery

Delivery costs PLN 0 when paying by BLIK transfer to a phone number, or PLN 39 when paying on delivery. Select matching delivery and payment methods at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Poland, with next-day delivery as the stated delivery time. BLIK payment must be confirmed before dispatch. Details are set out in the delivery and payment policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and complaints

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. The customer pays the cost of an ordinary return. The seller bears responsibility for goods that do not conform to the contract and the costs of complaints, as required by law. Time limits, exceptions, the return address and a model form are provided in the returns and complaints policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Electronic services

Browsing the store, using the cart and submitting the contact form are free. You need internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and essential cookies, and an email address for order correspondence. The cart is used to prepare an order and does not reserve stock. Use of the contact form ends when the message is sent; account deletion can be requested by contacting the store. Complaints about electronic services should be sent to labsworldpl@gmail.com and are handled within 14 days.

Do not submit unlawful content, malware, passwords or other people’s data without a legal basis. Orders may be placed by persons legally entitled to enter into the contract. A customer account is optional where guest checkout is available.

7. Personal data and marketing

Data processing is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookie policy. Marketing consent is optional, separate from purchase and may be withdrawn.

8. Consumer protection and disputes

These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including the protection applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. We do not impose exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts on consumers. Consumer rights also apply to other persons to the extent provided by law.

In the event of a dispute, you may seek help from a consumer ombudsman or the relevant European Consumer Centre, or consult information about alternative dispute resolution on the UOKiK website. Participation in a particular procedure is governed by applicable law and the rules of the relevant body. You have the right to pursue claims before the competent court.

9. Changes to these terms

Updates do not change the terms of contracts already concluded. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. Changes affecting ongoing services require users to be informed and their statutory rights to be respected.
