Refund policy

Effective from 24 September 2026.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. If one order is delivered in separate shipments, the period starts when the last item is received. We also apply these rights to business purchasers who are entitled to consumer protection under applicable law.

Send a clear statement of withdrawal by email, WhatsApp or post to the seller’s address. It is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline. Include information that allows us to identify your order. You do not have to use the form below, obtain our permission or give a reason.

Returning goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal statement. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods — ordinary returns are not free. Pack the parcel securely to protect it from damage.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Not having a receipt does not remove your rights if the purchase can be proved in another way.

Refunds

We refund payments received, including the original delivery charge up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available for that order, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no additional cost. For orders paid on delivery, we will agree the refund method with you.

When the right of withdrawal may not apply

We apply exceptions only where provided by law, including goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiry date, and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Classifying a product as a food supplement does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal. These exceptions do not limit the right to complain about goods that do not conform to the contract.

Complaints about goods that do not conform to the contract

The seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, taking into account a longer stated shelf life, where applicable. You may initially request repair or replacement; a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract is available in the circumstances provided by law, for example where the lack of conformity is significant or is not remedied as required by law.

Describe the problem and provide your contact details, information identifying the purchase and the remedy you are requesting. Photographs are helpful but are not required to submit a complaint. We respond within 14 days; failure to respond to a consumer complaint within the statutory period means that it is accepted. Collection, repair or replacement under the seller’s liability is at the seller’s expense. The rule that customers pay for ordinary returns does not transfer these costs to the customer.
