Shipping policy

Effective from 23 September 2026.

Dispatch from Poland

We dispatch orders from Poland for delivery within Poland. We arrange shipments through Furgonetka using parcel lockers. The seller’s registered office in the United Kingdom does not mean that orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges and payment

  • BLIK transfer to a phone number: delivery PLN 0.
  • Payment on delivery: delivery PLN 39.

At checkout, select matching options: BLIK delivery with a BLIK transfer, or cash-on-delivery shipping with payment on delivery. Check the total before placing your order. We do not add undisclosed charges after purchase; if you notice a discrepancy, contact us before paying.

How to pay by BLIK transfer

In your banking app, select a transfer to phone number 666 133 784, recipient Pepeurope. Enter the order amount and use your order number as the payment reference. Check the recipient before confirming. This is a transfer to a phone number, not a payment using a six-digit BLIK code. We never ask you to send us BLIK codes. We confirm receipt of payment before dispatch.

Payment on delivery

You pay for the products and delivery when collecting your order, in accordance with the selected carrier service’s rules. Payment on delivery at a parcel locker is only available for services and locations that support it.

Delivery time and collection

Next-day delivery. BLIK orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. If we cannot meet the stated delivery time, we will inform the customer about the delay and their rights; this does not limit statutory rights relating to non-delivery.

Provide a correct address and contact details. If checkout does not offer parcel locker selection, we will agree the collection point by email or WhatsApp before dispatch. Do not send account access codes or payment codes.

The seller is responsible for proper delivery of goods to the consumer. Contact us if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed. A damage report or photographs may help, but their absence does not remove your right to make a complaint.
