1. The Seller and scope of the Terms and Conditions

The LabsWorld online store is operated by PEPEUROPE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the store, as well as the use of its forms, shopping cart, and customer account. Sales and customer service are conducted in Polish, and deliveries covered by these Terms and Conditions are carried out in Poland.
2. Products and prices
Before purchasing, please read the description, composition, packaging size, and warnings on the product page. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet and are not medicines. Information in the store does not constitute individual medical advice. The intended use of a product is determined by its description and label, not by its category name.
Prices are stated in Polish Zloty as the amounts due for the product, including taxes required for the given sale. Delivery is shown separately. The total cost is visible before placing an order. Discount codes are subject to the terms of the specific promotion; the checkout will show whether the code has been applied and how much it has reduced the price. We do not create an obligation for additional payment after the conclusion of the contract without the customer’s express consent.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Select the product, variant, and quantity, add to the cart, provide the data required for processing, and choose the delivery and payment method. You may correct your data and the contents of the cart until the moment you place the order. The "Order and pay" button indicates an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded upon placing the order and the store’s confirmation of its acceptance. We provide confirmation and order details via email. The customer should retain the confirmation and the Terms and Conditions effective on the date of purchase.
4. Payment and delivery
Delivery via BLIK mobile transfer costs 0 PLN; cash on delivery costs 39 PLN. You must select the corresponding delivery and payment methods at checkout. We ship from Poland, and the declared delivery time is the next day. BLIK mobile transfers require confirmation of receipt of payment before shipment. Details are contained in the shipping and payment policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Returns and complaints
As a rule, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The customer bears the cost of standard return shipping. Liability for non-conformity of goods with the contract and the costs of complaints are borne by the seller in accordance with the law. Deadlines, exceptions, the return address, and the form can be found in the returns and complaints policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Electronic services
Browsing the store, using the cart, and the contact form are free of charge. You need internet access, an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and necessary cookies, and an email address to handle orders. The shopping cart is used to prepare an order and does not reserve goods. Use of the contact form concludes upon sending the message; account deletion can be requested by contacting the store. Complaints regarding the operation of electronic services are accepted at labsworldpl@gmail.com and are processed within 14 days.
Do not send illegal content, malicious software, passwords, or others' data without legal basis. Orders may be placed by persons authorized to enter into a contract. A customer account is optional if the checkout allows for guest purchases.
7. Personal data and marketing communication
The principles of data processing are set out in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies is described in the cookie policy. Marketing consent is voluntary, separate from the purchase, and may be withdrawn.
8. Consumer protection and disputes
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights, including protections applicable to their place of habitual residence. We do not impose the exclusive jurisdiction of British courts on the consumer. Consumer rights also apply to other individuals to the extent granted by law.
In the event of a dispute, you may seek assistance from a consumer ombudsman, the competent European Consumer Centre, or information on out-of-court dispute resolution on the UOKiK website. The rules for participation in such proceedings result from the regulations and rules of the competent entity. You have the right to pursue claims before a competent court.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Updating the Terms and Conditions does not change the terms of already concluded contracts. The version effective at the time of placing an order applies to that order. Changes regarding ongoing services require informing the user and respecting their statutory rights.
